For Christmas of 2024, we provided gifts for approximately 60-70 children. Almost 25 of those children were "adopted" by community sponsors, and the rest were invited to shop at our Santa's Corner event, an event in which families came and chose gifts for their children including toys, pajamas, and filling a stocking.

What we do
Heartz Without Borderz is a non-official non-profit, (donation program), founded by a young teenager that assists families in Harford County, Maryland who are in need year round, but especially during the holiday season. Christmas Gifts for Kids is the program that is run through Heartz Without Borderz to provide holiday gifts to children in need in the Harford County, MD area.

How we do it
During the holidays, we collect toys and clothing by advertising with local flyers, social media, and word of mouth. For most of our other projects, we advertise on social media and create Amazon Wish lists!

How you can help
You can make a difference by following our Instagram and Facebook Pages to view ongoing projects and reviewing our flyer of the wants/needs of the family every holiday season and purchasing something for a child. The Christmas Gifts for Kids program flyer is posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages in early November. Follow us so you will be updated on latest events!
Food Pantry Project April 2022 — July 2023
Starting in April 2022, Heartz Without Borderz began the "Mini Food Pantry" that began by assisting about 5 local families with non-perishable food items. The program quickly grew and was extended into a bigger space and assisted 10-20 families monthly. It not only provided non-perishable food items, but also perishable foods like bread, meat, and produce, toiletry/hygiene items, baby products like diapers, wipes, formula, etc. It was very successful and also had an emergency food program, where families or individuals could call us even if they were not clients at the time and receive an emergency food bag. Unfortunately, due to low amounts of food, the program was ended in July 2023. However, we hope to open it back up in the future! How do i apply for for hwb?
Initial applications for our annual Christmas Gifts for Kids program will open September 1, 2025.

Our Food Pantry Project concluded in July 2023. We hope to open it up again in the future.

Please note we do not provide referrals to homeless shelters or any other community services, and we DO NOT provide monetary assistance/vouchers for energy bills or eviction notices.
